The long runner

Capstone C2 dry-run (Module 15): the long runner. This page checks sample artifacts from three sessions. It does not resume a session. A canonical checksum of progress, sorted keys, clock excluded, matches a re-save. Including updated_at false-alarms. Raw bytes false-alarm on whitespace. Replaying the event log recovers done u1 u2, next u3. The last progress.json backup and the HANDOFF.md prose are one unit behind (done u1, next u2). A parents-only fidelity check passes. Full fidelity fails because unit u1 was committed twice, in session 1 and session 3. Sessions 2 and 3 start with working memory deleted. Sample is an illustration. Seed 0, no model call.
