Placeholders for personal data

Red-team lab: a tool result carries a customer's name, email address, phone, ID number and card straight toward the model. Swap each personal value it finds for a placeholder at the client, keep the mapping in the client's memory, and put real values back only where the task's flow rules allow. Attack the layer with a ticket that hides an instruction to send data outside, catch a draft red team that could not fail, and read what the published sources do and do not say.
