Proof-preserving compaction
Repair lab (Module 6, L6.4): a fluent summary of steps 30-60 of a 60-turn transcript commits at ratio 0.11 (335 of 2956 tokens, under the 0.50 shrink invariant) and drops the step-40 constraint the next session acts on, while the naive first-sentence summarizer carries 0 of 5 tagged claims with shrink PASS. Repair the summarizer so evidence parity is 5 of 5 and the ratio stays under 0.50 (5 of 5 at ratio 0.01), and state the limit: a carried-but-wrong constraint that says MAY change still passes parity, because parity checks presence, not adequacy.
