Saturation and the Pareto priority rank

Rank lab: L2.2's seven categories over L2.1's 34 failing traces, ranked 9 / 6 / 5 / 5 / 4 / 3 / 2. The taxonomy freezes at one row and the plan freezes at another, and both move with the read order: the seventh category lands at row 28 as filed, 11 newest-first, 45 by arrival day and 29 one category at a time, while the top-three set settles at rows 44, 50, 50 and 34. Four fifths of the failures takes five of the seven categories, not two, so the 20/80 story fails on this table. Ranking by failures per repair instead of failures moves four categories and keeps the same top three; dropping any one failing trace never moves the top category and breaks the top three 11 times out of 34.
