How to Cancel

• Log into your SuperLearn account
• Go to your Profile/Account Settings
• Select "Manage Subscription"
• Choose "Cancel Subscription"
• Alternatively, contact our support team

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with SuperLearn. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:

Full Refund Eligibility

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription for a full refund
• Technical Issues: If our platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
• Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate billing

Partial Refund Eligibility

• Pro-rated refunds for cancelled annual subscriptions after the 7-day period
• Unused portion of your subscription if cancelled mid-cycle

Non-Refundable Items

• Monthly subscriptions cancelled after 7 days (service continues until end of billing period)
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless technical issues occur)
