By accessing or using SuperLearn AI ("the Service") at superlearnai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

SuperLearn AI is an educational technology platform that provides:

• Structured courses covering Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and related topics
• AI-powered notes generation using Google Gemini for any educational topic
• Interactive quizzes and flashcards for knowledge reinforcement
• AI-generated educational visualizations and illustrations
• Personalized learning progress tracking
• Export capabilities for generated educational content (PDF, Markdown)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to exploit the Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans provide additional features including higher AI generation limits, priority access, and enhanced capabilities. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds for renewal payments are not available. To request a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the AI models or service infrastructure
• Submit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the AI Notes generator
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without prior authorization
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without attribution
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All course content, lesson materials, quizzes, flashcards, visualizations, and platform design are owned by SuperLearn AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without our written consent.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Notes, visualizations, and educational content generated by our AI tools using your queries are provided for your personal educational use. You may export and use this content for personal learning purposes. However, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be verified for accuracy before relying on it for any critical purpose.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the Service. By submitting content (such as queries to the AI Notes feature), you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and store that content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI-powered features of our Service (including AI Notes, quiz generation, and visualizations) use large language models that may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated educational content should be used as a supplementary learning aid and not as a sole source of truth. We recommend verifying important information from authoritative sources. SuperLearn AI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes daily and monthly limits for AI note generation and other AI-powered features. These limits are designed to ensure fair use across all users. Exceeding your plan's limits will temporarily restrict access to AI features until the limit period resets. You can upgrade your plan at any time for higher limits.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLearn AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms
